The pictures on this page are made in Montreux in Juli 1999. The MOB (Montreux-Berner Oberlandbahn)operates several narrow gauge railways in the area between Montreux and the Berner Oberland. They operate some very modern panoramic trains. In order to provide a free view at the front and rear ends of the train, the engine is located in the new.from Montreux you can also take the MOB rack and pinion train to Caux. From there a steam train takes you up to Roche de Nayer.The pictures also show some beautiful old timer carriages.
